Professional responses
Claimed professionals may respond respectfully without disclosing confidential information. Responses and reviews may be removed for harassment, fraud, conflicts of interest, privacy violations, or irrelevant content.
Disputes and appeals
A reviewer or listed professional may report a review for re-examination. Moderation decisions consider authenticity, relevance, privacy, and the published rules—not whether the feedback is favorable.
